Steve Augustine
FOUNDER AND PRESIDENT
For the last 30 years, Steve has honed his craft as a leadership and organizational development expert. He has deep experience in both public and private sectors driving strategic transformations in organizational direction, culture, and leadership capabilities. Prior to founding OD Surf, Steve worked as an HR executive in both small and large fortune 500 companies. He has a proven track record of driving high levels of performance and engagement through clarity and alignment of business direction, building cultures where people thrive, maximizing leadership impact at all levels, and ensuring human resource systems and processes create value to the business. Steve has led the strategy development process in several organizations in the medical device, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries has designed and delivered hundreds of leadership development programs, been an executive coach to many senior leaders, and helped dozens of teams become more effective. Steve has a Bachelor's degree from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of St Thomas. He also served as a Firefighter/EMT for the Maple Grove Fire Department for 10 years and is an acting Board member of Nicholas Noyes Foundation.
Ariana has spent the majority of her career in the consulting space focused on talent development. She has worked with three consulting companies that focus on team effectiveness, leadership development, and employee engagement. Her goals are to support business leaders and their teams navigate interpersonal intricacies so that a business’s most valuable resource, their people, can really shine. She completed her Bachelor of Arts at Hope College studying Sociology, Psychology, and Leadership. Ariana is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Pepperdine University.
CONSULTANT
Josh works as a consultant with OD Surf and comes with vast experience in the medical device industry having worked for four different med device companies. He completed his Bachelor of Science at Hope College studying Mechanical Engineering and Math. Josh is currently pursuing an MBA from the University of Minnesota.
